1st Morning Workout, 8/3/2007

This mornings workout will focus on freestyle and backstroke and use 75's as the base distance for the main set

I personally don't use paddles for pulling, only a pocket suit drag suit. But you may substitute paddles in its place.

Warm-up

500 yards

10 X 50 Kick on side on 1:00

10 X 75 Swim
Odds Freestyle on 1:15
Evens Backstroke on 1:25

10 X 50 Pull using drag suit
Odds Freestyle on 1:00
Evens Backstroke on 1:10

5 X 50 Swim Choice
